C2 Cda-Colombia FTA Closure Motion: What Happened Opposition?

Whatever the LPC position, they seem to have opposed the closure motion, perhaps on parliamentary principle, but they, like the NDP & Bloc, didn't count their members properly and the all three opposition parties managed to LOSE THE VOTE?! Do these parties have Whips? House Leaders? W.T.F? Wha' happened?
