Gargoyles At Washington Cathedral
These are apparently 2 inch tall replicas of gargoyles found on the Washington National Cathedral in DC. I did some poking around and found that some of these, along with others not shown in the photo, can be purchased for around 9 dollars in the store. I couldn't find a direct link so just look up gargoyles in the store link found on the upper right of the front page here.
