2 Save Africa From Fate of Beothuk & Tasmanians

Africa. It will only get worse, if climate change trends continue. We, the wealthy living in temperate or colder climates, can adapt. Geography condemns Africa & the other vulnerable regions. Beothuk. Tasmanian Aborigines. "Accidental Genocides". But we know what we're doing, and what its effects will be. So how accidental or unconscious is our moral responsibility for the harm we are causing? Given realities, ie. intersection of politics, economics & game theory, it seems that while societal & global transformation is necessary, it will not be sufficient. To save Africa & vulnerable, short-medium term: Geo-engineering & nuclear (cf. France). Long-term, sustainable mixed-economy democracy worldwide & global federalism (natural consequence of economic globalisation and only way to ensure sufficiently coherent system to manage economics, politics & environment)
