The complete siege on Gaza’s entire population means restriction of food delivery,medical supplies and hospital equipment,educational material such as schoolbooks, scholarly literature,and building equipment.
The daily life in Gaza is dominated by scarce resources of everything needed to survive, including clean water and electricity - the high unemployment prevent the Gaza community from bringing forth a normal life for them self.

The Israeli,US supported blockade of Gaza has left more than 1,5 million people in overwhelming despair.
To end the injustice and suffering, to restore hope to the people of Gaza,the American government must end it's deliberate violations of human rights, humanitarian and international law and accept common principles of right and wrong.
It's immoral support of and collaboration with the Zionist state must stop. A large majority of the American people despise the Jews/Israelis and condemn it's own governments support of the Gaza blockade,knowing it is a deplorable criminal act.
High premature death in Gaza !
The WHO writes in it's report way back in 1999, that levels of iron deficiency ,
anaemia among pregnant women and children have consistently been found in Gaza. Lodine deficiency prevalence is 14.9 in children below 15 years of age, and three times higher than the level WHO recommends for salt iodination.Vitamin D deficiency is also a common nutritional disease in Gaza.
Diet-related noncommunicable diseases such as cerebrovascular diseases, ischaemic heart diseases, hypertension and diabetes mellitus are major causes of morbidity and mortality in Gaza.
The crude death among the population in Gaza is 4.1/1000, the life expectancy at birth is 70 years for males and 73 for females.The infant mortality rate IMR are higher in Gaza likely because it's refugee camp population is substantial. According to a WHO report 1999, the premature death in Gaza was 13.9%.
Dumping of toxic and radioactive waste-environmental crime !
The Israelis has for decades dumped both industrial toxic and radioactive waste on Palestinian territories, in Gaza, in the West Bank and in Jerusalem,

The Israelis have during many years used weapons containing uranium and lithium components or other carcinogenic ingredients.The many assaults on Gaza has added contamination not only of the atmosphere in the region ,but also toxic contamination of the land,the soil, the crops and the fresh water.
Medicine donations to Gaza outdated !
According to the Gaza Health Ministry administered by Hamas, and the World Health Organization,WHO, a large quantity of the medicine donated to Gaza is close to expire and even outdated before the shipment of medicine supply has crossed the the Israeli border into Gaza.
At the main Gaza landfill near the Israel border,large piles of garbage are dumped in a sewage flow cesspit, filled with bacteria, and diseases.The pile of garbage contain at least 20 percent of all combined medicine-donations to the thousands of wounded and the sick suffering in Gaza, at the end of the Israelis 22 days & nights genocidal blitzkrieg, which began in the very last days of 2008 - ending in a disaster for the Gaza community, the 19th of January 2009.
