Spector Sucks, #119 231 (Estimate)

One doesn't want to waste one's time detailing all Spector's dishonesty and sleaze, but no federalist, and certainly not one with Spector's experience and background, should be endorsing the most scarily paranoid QC nationalist mythmaking, as he does in le Devoir today, using the despicable phrase favoured by the clueless and knavish to describe the constitutional negotiations of November 4-5, 1981. It's erroneous as well, but that's by the way: even if one wants to depict it badly, the terms used are important. "La Grande trahison", or whatever, fine. But not this shite, as previously noted. Spector covers himself in shame, by his conduct.
