From Al Qassam website Gaza; According to Hamas leader Ismail Radwan, the Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu's claims that Gaza obtained anti-aircraft missiles, said to impeding flights of Netanyahus air force, were intended to justify a new war on Gaza.
Radwan said on Monday evening that Netanyahu's statement reflects the Zionist mentality which live through violence, murder, and terrorism and can not tolerate that relevant calm prevail on the borders with Gaza.
"Let the occupation know that targeting Gaza would not be an outing (for the Israeli army), and that the Palestinian people have the full right to defend themselves", he elaborated.
In an earlier statement, an Israeli commander said that the latest war on Gaza had failed in achieving it's goals, as it did not solve the security problem in the region after that Hamas acquired the position of the authority of the coastal enclave.
Yoav Galant, the commander of the southern area in the Israeli army, said on Sunday that .."the Operation Cast Lead did not solve the problem in the south..the war on Gaza was three weeks of firing and incessant use of force."
