#CBC #RadioCanada Addendum: Do Radio Reform 1st = Precedent 4 TV Reform

My CBC-RC post forgot to mention what seemed obvious implicit strategy of doing relatively easier radio changes first, to set precedent, before proceeding to TV changes. Best to build up support for TV restructuring that way, internally and externally, especially with general public, politicians, private sector and civil society.
