CIA-NDS...Detainee Implications?

Who knew what, when? And given CIA-NDS relationship, what would be implications for USA, and implicated American officials, if information released? And what pressure does that put on Canadian Government, given its undertakings/relationship with CIA/USA? Just some hypotheses.
