Capstick is Lowballing

To be credible, inclination is to lowball, knowing media appreciate how exceptional this is and any perceived liberal estimate reduces credibility. But in reality, as a result, Capstick forgets many, many rallies, in Canada & abroad, larger & smaller. Can some industrious blogger (Scott Ross?) do better? It was much more, in all (speak to me of Owen Sound! Vernon! Penticton! Yellowknife! Whitehorse! London! NY! Costa Rica! Etc.).
